Former Chilean dictator, 90 years old general Pinochet has been put under house arrest for charges of tax evasion and corruption. Pinochet has been indicted twice in the past for human rights abuses but the courts blocked the trial on health grounds .
Tyrants and dictators can take note that the ghosts of their past evils will haunt them every step of the journey of their life. Pinochet's example shows that they can run but they can't hide.
